Boxing. The ultimate workout. You can punch away pounds and stress and get a great cardio workout by jumping rope, shadow boxing or hitting focus mitts to high energy tunes.

Steve Harpst, our boxing instructor, has been our coach for over a decade. He has created a challenging workout for both men and women that also includes understanding the science of boxing. Steve was named Trainer of the year in 2006. He is on the Board of Directors and in the World Boxing Hall of Fame, and he was the Vice President, Golden State Boxers Association in 2006.
