Description These private lessons consist of 30 minutes sessions running 4 to 5 weeks per month. The advantage of private lessons is that the classes are tailored to a member’s individual needs. Whether you’ve never set foot in the water before or you want to take your aquatic skills to the next level, private lessons can help you gain the confidence you need to reach your goals. During each lesson, the participants will focus on form and technique as well as any water fears or concerns.
