Walkers to 30 Mos.

Description

Parent/Tot discovery class.  This is a wonderful time to bond with your little one through movement and child directed play in our kid-friendly Gymnastics Center.

Tumble Bugs

Age

Boys & Girls
30 Mos. up to 4 yrs.

Parent/Tot class.  Class will introduce your little one to a wide variety of movements that will help develop their motor skills.  Our group activities will help to refine their listening skills, ability to focus, and socialization skills.  During the free play time and with the assistance of the instructor and you, your child will be encouraged to explore and progress at their own pace.

Tootsie Rolls

Age

4-6 yrs.

Description

This fun-filled class is geared towards teaching body awareness, basic tumbling skills and developing strength and flexibility.  Children will be introduced to basic skills and progressions on all apparatus.

PROGRESSIVE GYMNASTICS

Description

These classes emphasize the development of strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Level appropriate skills and drills are introduced on all apparatus as well as skills of the USAG

Gymnastics Rhythm

Description

These classes offer you the opportunity to express your creativity that will be fun and rewarding on its own and is available to any level gymnast. You will learn a routine set to music that combines gymnastics, acrobatics and dance.

Power Movement

Age

Boys
6 & Up

Description

Learn acrobatic skills in a rigourous yet playful atmosphere.  From flipping to negotiating obstacles you can inprove your overall athleticism.  This class will focus on functional strength, coordination, balance and explosive movement control.

Teen/Adult Tumbling

Age

Co-ed classes 13 & Up

Description

This class focuses on tumbling progressions as well as conditioning and strengthening exercises and stretching.  So, yes, you can be a beginner and learn basic tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and handsprings.
