All classes are free to members unless otherwise noted • Minimum age is 15 years (except for Body Boot Camp, Extreme Strength and Power Yoga, minimum age is 18 ) • Classes with fewer than 5 participants are subject to cancellation • Instructors reserve the right to allow or not allow latecomers to enter class • Instructors and classes are subject to change
30-30-30: A fun combination class which includes 30 minutes of kickboxing, 30 minutes of upper body/abs and 30 minutes lower body toning. Class format is open every 30 minutes for new participants to join in.
Abs Express: 15 minutes of intense ab work, great for all levels.
Belly Dance: Joyful, creative, and empowering art. Combines isolated movements of expression with muscle control to tighten, tone, and shape the body, while providing a low-impact aerobic workout. No previous dance experience necessary!
Boxing: Develop strength, power, speed, balance, coordination and endurance. This energetic workout includes shadow boxing, sparring, hang bags, speed bag, jump rope and calisthenics.
Cardio Circuit: Mix it up and try something new with your cardio workout with different interval training, cardio circuit and strength training exercises. Great for all levels, especially those who enjoy a non choreographed, easy to follow group cardio class.
Chisel: Total body workout, combining progressive body strengthening and conditioning exercises.
Core and More: This intense cardio workout is guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping. All levels welcome
Cycling: A 45 minute workout that’s great for all levels, especially those new to exercise.
Fit Camp: Try this intense, cardio total body workout, geared to make the most of your exercise time. It'll keeping you moving.
Hatha Yoga: Using principles of alignment. This uplifting practice explores posture as a means of expressing and affirming one’s goodness. It is an inspiring practice that celebrates the heart.
Hip Hop: This class is designed to make you sweat and learn a few dance moves in the process. No previous dance experience necessary! No previous dance experience necessary!
Intro to Power Cycling: This 30 minute class is perfect for those new to exercise or new to power cycling. You will learn the fundamental techniques while maintaining a strong cardio workout.
Kick It: Powerful and exciting aerobic workout that integrates basic punches and kicks.
Kundalini Yoga: Incorporates postures, dynamic breathing techniques, and chanting and meditating on mantras
Lite & Lively: Combination of light dance movements and aerobic exercises.
Mat Pilates: Progressive series of exercises to tone, increase strength, improve flexibility and overall balance with its main focus on the core muscles.
Move N Strong: Assortment of cardio and strength workouts geared toward beginner through advanced students. Join us for an energizing fun body workout.
Pilates 101: This 30 minute class will introduce you to all the amazing benefits of Pilates, such as stronger abs, flexibility, improved posture, just to name a few.
Power Cycling: A group exercise workout performed on a stationary bike. This class offers the latest cardio workout with great music and plenty of motivation. Experience the best sweat you’ve ever had! (Please bring a towel and water). Must reserve bike at Member Services prior to class.
Relax & Renew Yoga: Experience breath work and gentle poses that stretch the body and ease the mind.
Sculpting 101: For those of you new to exercise or returning to exercise, this is a great place to start. Learn the fundamentals of weight training while still burning calories and having fun.
Sculpt & Abs: Not only will you strengthen your core but each week you will target a specific muscle group to correctly work and tone.
Sit'N Tone: An exercise program designed for people with arthritis and related diseases.
Stepography: This total body workout will combine progressive body strengthening and conditioning exercises while using weights. This class is great for all levels.
Total Body Chisel: A fun, fast paced strength training class for all levels. This class includes multi-functional moves, utilizing all the muscle groups. It’s a great compliment to the Body Bootcamp class.
Total Health: Break through your personal barriers with our Total Health Class. The class consists of 15 minutes of nutrition counseling and support with Jeanie Beveridge and 45 minutes of strength training with personal trainer Kathy Price.
Walking Group: Join us for a brisk, lively Burbank walk with your personal trainer Kathy Price. We will meet at the San Jose entrance at 7am sharp. You can choose between a 30 or 60 minute route, either way you will start the day off right!
Yoga: Combination of various styles of yoga, introducing series of flowing postures and rhythmic breathing for a complete mind and body workout.
Yoga Flow: This is a combination of strength, mental focus, balance and sweat! It will open your mind, body and spirit like never before. All levels are welcome.
Zumba: Dance your way to a fitter you! Zumba combines exciting and unique latin moves and rhythms, appropriate for all levels. No dance experience needed.
