Cardio Cross Fit, Fit and Fun and Tone It Up all include fun cardio, circuit and strength training games.

Hip Hop dance fitness is a fun, energetic dance workout the kids will love!

Tread and Tone is a 30 minute high energy class that includes cardio and weight training, set to pumping music!

Our state-of-the-art youth fitness center has treadmills, stationary bikes, two “Dance-Dance Revolution” machines, strength training machines, free weights, stability balls and jump ropes...in short, everything needed for a complete workout.

The program stresses cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength which can decrease body fat, increase strength, and improve sports performance. The cardiovascular and strength equipment provided have been specially designed for youths 8-14 years of age.

During the initial orientation, our instructors will demonstrate proper usage of all the equipment and develop an exercise program specifically designed to fit your child's needs.
