Spinning & Indoor Cycling
The Burbank Y offers spin classes every day of the week, all included with your membership. Spin, otherwise known as stationary or indoor cycling, is a fun way to get in your cardio workout in an energized environment. Let our instructors guide your workout to help you achieve the maximum results while you get pumped and pedaling to the music and the cheers of your classmates! By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making classes suitable for both new and experienced riders. Our indoor cycling studio contains 30 bikes, a stereo sound system, extra fans for when you really get going, and is open at all times for members who prefer to lead their own workouts.
