PARENT CHILD SWIM LESSONS

Age
6mo-3yrs
Description
A parent must be in the pool with the child. Moms or Dads are welcome. Parent must be a member to participate. Swim diapers or plastic cover over diapers are required for children who are not potty trained. All classes run one day a week for 30 minutes. Maximum of one parent-tot class per adult member each month.

For the beginner or non-swimmer

  • floating on front/back
  • gliding on front/back
  • kicking on front/back
  • alternating paddle stroke
  • water games and tub scull

TINY TOTS PLUS

Age
3-5 years
Pre-requisite
Successful completion of Tiny Tots or swim check required
New Skills
  • alternading paddle: front/back/side
  • swim 25 feet independently and 40 feet with an IFD
  • rhythmic side breathing and introduction to breaststroke
  • gliding and swimming underwater
  • knee dives
  • jump from the side and swim back independently or with minimal assistance
  • safety skills

Description
This is a highly advanced swim program that is designed to develop the athlete into a fit well rounded aquatics-minded individual. This is for athletes that are looking for new challenges that renew their curiosity and interest in aquatic venues.

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

Our one-on-one swim lessons are for toddlers through adults.
Description
These private lessons consist of 30 minutes sessions running 4 to 5 weeks per month. The advantage of private lessons is that the classes are tailored to a member’s individual needs. Whether you’ve never set foot in the water before or you want to take your aquatic skills to the next level, private lessons can help you gain the confidence you need to reach your goals.During each lesson, the participants will focus on form and technique as well as any water fears or concerns.
