Hours

 Monday 8:30am-10am (possibly more if available)

Responsibilities

  • Development and oversight of all aquatic staff schedules
  • Staff Training and Development
  • Payroll & Budget Management
  • Staff conflict resolutions
  • Member conflict resolution

Qualifications
  • Extensive work experience life guarding and teaching swim lessons. Must be knowledgeable of YMCA Swim Lessons Program.
  • Preferably YMCA and Red Cross instructor level certification in C-Pro, Lifeguarding, AED, Oxygen Administration, and WSI
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving & conflict resolution skills
  • Orderly and task driven
  • Excellent computer skills, experience in Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
