Housekeeping Manager

Responsible for supervision and inspection of the work of all facilities’ area attendants in order to ensure quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to members and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, cleaning and janitorial task assignments to ensure adherence to proper cleaning standards.
  • Inspection of all areas for cleanliness, adequate supplies, and good repair.
  • Direct supervision of 8 – 10 housekeeping staff members and Special Assistance Training workers.
  • Ability to perform diagnostics, service and repair of facilities systems.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years Housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel, health club or school, including some supervisory experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
