Membership Sales Representative

The Membership Sales Representative leads membership growth including marketing and lead generation, prospect management, and conversion to membership. The Membership Sales Representative will meet and exceed sales goals by handling all membership inquiries (phone, email, in person), identifying and actively problem-solving to overcome objections/obstacles to joining. Other responsibilities will include community outreach by participating in the planning and execution of membership marketing events in an effort to increase membership growth. more info

Lifeguard/Swim Instructor

The Lifeguard’s first and foremost responsibility is to prevent accidents from occurring in and around the pool. YMCA Lifeguards must respond appropriately to accidents and incidents, performing water rescues, CPR and first aid as needed and enforcing Pool Rules and Y policies. The Lifeguard must remain alert and be prepared at all times. Swim Instructor teaches participants how to swim using the appropriate skills and techniques, working with each child individually within a group setting. Instructors are responsible for teaching proper skill development and safety, and for creating lesson plans as an essential part of the teaching process. Tumbling Instructor

The Tumbling Instructor provides instruction in gymnastics skills using age-appropriate techniques and drills.
