YOUTH PROGRAMS

We are super excited to announce that Youth Programs are back! We have added an array of new classes that for youth in our community! It is important to us that we continue to keep our families and children engaged while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 

 We understand that the last few months have been difficult with keeping youth occupied, engaged and safe. We are grateful that the LA County Health Department has now deemed youth programs as essential. Our priority is to provide these classes while maintaining a safe and fun environment for all! Below are a few of the classes we have available.

TODDLER FITNESS

Class will focus on developing self-awareness, balance, coordination and concentration skills, as the children move and dance to our favorite music!

Class Focus, Mood Stability, Calmness & Confidence, Enhanced Study Habits, Creative & Cognitive Thinking.

YOUTH P.E. ACADEMY/ TEEN FITNESS

This is a Co-ed P.E/ Fitness class. Classes will focus on fitness and physical education for those who have missed physical education due to virtual schooling. Class will safely build participants functional strength, speed and confidence. Most important work on individuals wellbeing.

STORY ADVENTURES

Come join us once a week while we read, explore and discuss magical stories for all ages. All participants will receive a free book with registration, new book every week.
