Our Y Teen Fit program is a great way to introduce 12-15 year olds to proper exercise techniques, using our strength training and cardiovascular equipment.
The goal is to ensure your teenager can use our fitness center confidently and safely. With the help and guidance of our certified Personal Training staff, they're also taught cardio and weight room etiquette and they'll learn how a well-balanced fitness program can help them grow stronger physically and mentally.
The class features four 30 minute sessions and a test. Certificate upon completion.
