AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES


 

SLOW FLOW H20

A lower to moderate water class specifically designed to help improve joint flexibility! The water's buoyancy and resistance will prevent unnecessary jarring on joints, and it will feel amazing to work out!


CARDIO DEEP WATER

Participants must be comfortable in deep water (12 feet). This deep water class combines water resistance with no-impact and uses a variety of equipment and exercises to achieve a high energy aerobic workout.


AQUA BURN BOOT CAMP

An intense cardio workout using the natural resistance of the water to help increase strength, power, endurance, and range of motion. Weights and noodles are added to increase intensity.


AQUATIC TWINGES and HINGES

Soothe your “Hinges and Twinges” with Bonnie! The Hinges and Twinges class utilizes the water to help ambulatory adults improve or maintain muscular joint mobility through movements. Taught at a low intensity level, this class is geared towards beginner exercisers or active older adults. Hinges and twinges is also the perfect class for those with joint or arthritic pain. Through a variety of exercises, the class will help participants improve range of motion, reduce stiffness in joints, and diminish arthritis pain.
